Speed Services Couriers and their skewed definition of the word, "Overnight."

<p>On the 11th of April 2017 I opted to have important documentation sent via Speed Services Couriers- overnight and counter to door. It is now the the 17th of April 2017 and my parcel has yet to be delivered.</p> <p> </p> <p>The word 'overnight' is, in itself, a pretty good indicator of why this is exceptionally disappointing service. Speed Services Couriers, kindly amend your products to "Overnight delivery if you're lucky," or amend the seriousness with which you take your customers' requests.</p> <p> </p> <p>At his stage, I'm fairly certain that my parcel would have been delivered had it been sent via standard postage. </p> <p> </p>
