Speed Services Courier shocking service

Their service is shocking and to date I have not received a parcel which was posted on 18 June and it is 18 July. I have phoned their number a few times to no avail, I have emailed and also sent a bad report. There is no response and not even the Post Office can not get hold of them. Our local post office is sitting with 6 tracking numbers of parcels not delivered.
