Speed Services Courier Poor Service

<p>On the 30th March 2017 i went to Post Office in Pretoria central church street just after 1:30pm to send Job application via speed services courier to Polokwane Post office where someone was to collect it and drop it off at the relevant department but i was disapointed with the way they rendered their services as i was promised that after 12pm the person whould check the parcel at Polokwane post office and to our suprise they said its not there yet until i had to call thier headoffice to locate the parcel and they said their courier guy has the parcel and he is somewhere around town and we got the parcel very late on friday at around 3 to 4pm and the job advert was closing on that friday. I feel i lost a very better opportunity due to poor service rendered while i paid lot of money and my needs were not met. Not fair at all.</p>
