Speed Service NO Service

I had a parcel send to me on 11 June 2020. It is now 8 July 2020. Should have been 2 to 3 working days. No one have a idea where the parcel is, the call center does not answer their phones, post offices just refer you to the next. There is no speed in this service. Please NEVER use Speed Service!
