Speed Service Courier - absolutely useless!

12 days and counting since they received parcel. No delivery because they have “transport challenges”. They advertise 2-3 days delivery. Keep getting told to phone back two days later.. Each time you phone you wait 15-20-25 minutes till being answered. Attitude of call centre staff appalling. There is neither speed nor service. Don’t use this service as it’s just appalling.
