Speed courier services - your service is terrible!

Sent documents from Cape Gate post office to Academy of york in Randburg on the 11th June 2020. To date my documents have not reached its destination. I have spent more money calling in for over a month now, today is the 14th July. The feedback I do get every time I call is as follows.. Your documents are still sitting in Cape Town, give me your number and I'll call you back - no call back OR your documents are sitting in our JHB Warehouse, give me your number and I'll call you back - no call back. This has now resulted in my documents being late and my new modules not received.
