Slowest and INEFFIICIENT couriers services provider ive ever come across!!! TC***ZA

My parcel TC***ZA was sent on 12/09/2019 from Isipingo Dbn on an OVERNIGHT service to my home in Jhb Honeydew. 5 days later, still no parcel and i get a call from a lady at their call centre saying the driver was at my gate are turned back because they needed a code!!!! Why did he not call me to say he is at the gate or ask the security to assist him with locating/calling me which they would have done as they do with other courier services!! Did he even try to look for a solution? Im now on the phone which is forever engaged to try and arrange to meet the driver somewhere close by as i need this item for a lunch function tomorrow!! Speed Services Couriers you can do soooo much better. If the drivers are not allowed to call customers, then please make sure the call centre alerts the customers/recipents of the expected delivery a day before or in the morning so as to ensure that there is someone at home or things like codes are given to the driver. There is absolutely no way that a delivery person can just show up at an adress without notice in this day and age of crime. Please use logic and improve your service so as to not incovinience customers.
