Shocking service - Speed services (post office)

On Tuesday 19th Jan I paid R320 at Durbanville post office for NEXT day delivery of a parcel to door in JHB.<br> <br> It's still not there.<br> <br> I went to the post office this morning, speed services (Xoliswa) told the post office that they had attempted delivery 3 times (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) - we know this is not true because the person expecting the parcel was home all day on these days and had deliveries from other services.<br> I have just called again to find out where the parcel is now and if it can be collected.<br> I was now told the parcel has never even left the hub because they have a backlog of parcels!!!<br> So the previous story was a lie.<br> <br> I have been told I must now complete a form to appeal for a refund... <br> <br> and just hope at some point my parcel gets to where it needs to be.
