Shocking Service, not Speed Service

I send a parcel to a friend. In the parcel was an item he had to fix for me. I send it via Speed Services from Kenton on Sea to address in Woodstock. It cost me R149 and was delivered next morning. Then Wednesday the friend send the exact same parcel back to me, also using Speed Services. This time he send it from counter to counter, but it cost R277.70 and it still hasn't arrived in Kenton on Sea. It was send from Paardeneiland on 17 Jan 2018 at 09:06. Speed Service tracking site says collect Paardeneiland on 18th, nothing after that. When I contacted them, the lady could not give me any answers. I paid for overnight delivery, not 6 or 7 day delivery!!! Also nobody can say where the parcel is. Shocking service, not Speed service
