shocking service and no results

I have send a package (one document at R400) to Namibia, I cant track my document nor can any of the personal give me an indication where the package is. I have phone 5 times over the last three days and they promised to phone back. None of them did. Its now Friday afternoon and they are not attending there phones at all !!!
