Services NOT rendered

Paid for overnight, 5 days later I still don't have my parcel.<br> Speed Services Supervisor PROMISED it would be delivered the next day, but it wasn't. Phoning the help desk doesn't help because they also have no clue as to whom to contact or even where the parcel is at the moment.<br> Basically just *******. Take your money easily enough, but cannot deliver on their promises..
