**** Services Couriers

<p>On the 5th of May 2016, I posted a parcel to a loved one in India, it was a birthday gift, his birthday is on the 18th of May. The lady at the Westville post office told me, it will take roughly 15-20days to reach him in India. I understood and accepted that time frame. The pricing of the package to courier was nearly half of the price other int courier companies were going to charge me, so it seemed like a good choice at the time. I have been religiously tracking the parcel and I'm disappointed to see it still sitting at the Johannesburg Mail Centre!!! What is it doing there for roughly 10days??? Why hasn't it moved out or is in transit???!!! What kind of reliable service is this??? Looks like the parcel will only reach him at the end of the month, when he will no longer be in India! So that will mean I lose out on the money I spent to buy the gifts, I lose out on the money I spent to package the parcel and I lose out on the money I spent to send the parcel! who will reimburse me for the money I lose because it doesn't look like he will receive the package any time soon, and he is leaving India, so the package is more or less worthless. I spent nearly R1000 in total on this parcel! This service is really appalling. The fact that the parcel is still at the JMC is disheartening! The thought of sent a birthday gift and making the occasion special has been ruined. I would never recommend this service to anyone ever again! Now I know why it’s cheaper than other services, because the recipient will only receive the delivery 30 days later! Piece of **** service. Ruined my surprise!</p>
