Seriously annoyed!!!

I sent a package from Johannesburg to Alice using Post Office Speed Services on the 28th of August. The package still has not reached its destination and when I track it I can't find it. I am seriously annoyed because this is such an inconvenience. My tracking number is TC***ZA. Can someone please tell me what is happening because paying R181 for a service that was never rendered is really really unfair.
