SEBASTIAN - SPEED SERVICE GOLDEN AWARD

On two occasions I sent speed services parcels to our grand daughter once from Humansdorp in the Eastern Cape and recently from Mayors Walk. The first instance speed services went on strike. Sebastian found our grand daughters birthday present amongst all the millions of parcels and had them delivered to my daughter. Two weeks ago I sent a parcel for our grand daughter for her swimming and due to computer problems at speed services no one could find the bag. However, I contacted Sebastian again who told me he was on leave but that at 6pm that night he would go in and find the parcel and have it delivered. Well true to his word, he found the bags smsd me to say he had them and asked me for the delivery address. I smsd him to thank him for going out of his way and beyond the call of duty, his reply to me was it was a pleasure, and customer service is whats its about. <br> Thank you again Sebastian and Speed Services you have an employee in a million look after him<br>
