**** - OVERNIGHT DELIVERY

Hi there. On 4 August 2015 I went to the Glenashley Heights Post office and asked them what is the quickest way to send important documents to East London. I was told by the teller that it would be overnight and the recipient would receive the documents the next morning. I paid the overnight fee of R150.00. It is the 12th August 2015 and the recipient HAS STILL NOT RECEIVED the documents. I have phoned the Courier service, both Glenashley and East London post office and no one can assist me. I even tried phoning the crime buster hotline on the slip - *** and the number doesn't exist. When I tried tracking the number on line, the parcel was in east London and then when I tried over the week end, it said that there is no such number. My parcel and my R150.00 have disappeared. Eventually when I got through to the main branch in EL, I was told that my parcel is still in Durban. When I went back to Glenashley, they had the following on their database: Delivered, but no one home. Wow, I am confused. Why are e supposed to give the senders and receivers number, if they aren't going to phone the customer. This is totally disgusting!!!
