I sent out a parcel on the 06/10/2015 to Cape Town which I was charged R2433.85 on the same parcel I would pay R200 from other courier services. When we received the statement I Logged a query with Account Clerk Lindiwe Radebe who was rude and did not assist until she referred me to Eddy her supervisor who was calm and promised to send me a revised invoice, I don't mind paying R500.00 but R2433.85 to cape town that is day light *******. What is even worse is that I used my employers account to send my personal parcel. Now my salary with be short of R2500.00 this month where is the fairness in that. I feel ****** disappointed and disgusted at the last of good customer service from Seed Service. I used Speed Services because I trusted it and now I would not even recommend it to anyone because of the being ****** like that. I have called their offices several times but to date nothing has happened. I am disappointed for years
