Promised Overnight Counter to Door Delivery FALSE

ON THE 18th of March 2015, I acquired the courier services of Speed Services through the Vanderbijlpark Post Office. The Overnight Counter to Door Courier Service by Speed Service cost R185.90. I was then informed that the parcel would leave the post office on the same day and be delivered at TUT Soshanguve South Campus the following day. I was also provided with a Tracking number to trace the whereabouts of the parcel. On Friday the 20th of March 2015 I contacted the recipient of the parcel inquiring as to whether he has received the parcel. <br> <br> To my utter surprise the parcel was still not delivered which meant that it would be delivered on the coming monday the 23rd of March 2015, approximately 5 days after I had paid a hefty amount of money for a 4 day delay. On the morning of the 23rd of March 2015, I went back to the Vanderbijlpark Post office and a lousy explanation as to what might have happened and to find that the Post Office doesn't know the location of the Parcel. Please advise to this regard
