poor services{ call center & deliveries]

Call center is not helping me, the whole week i have been calling, i hold more than 45 minutes with no one answering. i sent an email provided from their website, still no feedback. Am still waiting on my parcel( i track the parcel, still shows same status" in-transit" but for 2 weeks and counting. still i dont understand why we pay for speed services if our parcel will take more weeks to be delivered...from 03June to date not delivered. Am so not happy. i will love to get explanation!!!!
