Poor services

I would like to complain about the Speedaf service couriers, this company has a dad service and they don't know how to communicate with customers for example I ordered a parcel from shein and it suppose it arrived on the 11th but it didn't up until today when I try and contact them they don't pick up the calls or respond to your email as well as text ,this company is the WORSE COMPANY EVER SO SLOW AND HAS NO COMMUNICATION WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME GET MY PARCEL DELIVERED ASP
