Poor service of Speed and Post Office

I sent a parcel to the Post Office, got a Tracking Number that never works because it reflects that the parcel was scanned only on check in on the counter. Trying to finding out about the progress of the parcel - Speed ***, never gets an agent to speak to. The post office customer care numbers and emails, no responds: *** and ***.

Extremely poor service from the two companies.
