Poor service and no refund forthcoming

Important document sent to Atlanta on 25 April at a cost of R735.77 to be delivered approx 7 working days later. Never delivered. Contacted couriers who said it was 'somewhere in USA'. Emailed courier starting on 7 May - some 46 emails later (to which they have now stopped responding) I still have not received the refund requested. They did locate the document and finally return it to me - the waybill I completed had been replaced by another in an almost illegible handwriting and the zip code was completely missing which is why it was never delivered. Apart from Bongi Maseko, Zodwa Mpetshwa, Walter Makgoba and Memmeng Selelane have been involved in the emails. The last email received from them was on 29 June - no response or update since then.
