POOR SERVICE

HI my name is Kapesh and posted an article on 10/01/2015 to an street address, the parcel is still sitting at the post office. I been calling speed services and they promised to get the parcel to the agent. <br> <br> no luck till today tracking number TC***ZA. <br> <br> According to them I paid post office to post office delivery but I paid the amount requested by them and the street address is clearly visible on the parcel. It's there mistake and they agreed to get the parcel delivered to the street address. <br> <br> Each time I call to rectify the issue i'm put on hold for more then ten minutes, this is very frustrating.<br> <br> Please help.<br>
