POOR SERVICE

I have send a parcel from Kareedouw Post Office via Speed Service on 11 June 2015 to reach the destination address situated in Wellington on 12 June 2015. I have also paid the appropriate cost for said courier option. Me A Ruiters, an employee of the Post Office, furthermore gave me the assurance that the parcel will be delivered on 12 June 2015. <br> <br> Needless to say, after several enquiries were made in order to ascertain why the parcel did not as yet (12 June 2015 at 14:00) arrived at its destination, I were informed that delivery will only occur within a further two to three days.<br> <br> It is totally unacceptable and to say the least, very unprofessional, to advertise and/or promote a service that cannot be rendered and why do I have to pay a fee for \next day delivery"";but the Post Office's mul function system."""
