POOR SERVICE

My device was sent through speedservice that was on the 6TH of march 2019 went to collect it in midrand Post office my device was ****** i reported the issue same day but i havent recieved the feedback i call and send emails all im getting is we still investigating and their investigation will take up to 6months or more than that question is why should i wait for the investigation if im not gonna even get a feedback all they gonna do is to pay back they device, the whole point of buying that phone was because i didnt have a phone now i must wait for 6months to get a phone , why cant they refund me and continue with their investigation because now im suffering because of their poor service thats totally unaccaptable....can you please speed up the process as i need my phone i cannot wait for 6months thats too much
