Poor customer service

The driver was unnecessarily rude,he called me in the morning asking me to meet him somewhere for my parcel and when I tried asking why I'm supposed to be meeting him instead if him delivering the parcel on my doorstep because I'm used to it things being that way since I added my delivery address ,he hung on me.i tried calling again repeating the same thing I've said and he told me im changing my story and I was confused to how he could even say that coz he didn't even let me finish talking ,I was left talking alone thinking he hears me only to find out mins later that he hung on with the first call but somehow gets the audacity to tell me how I'm changing my story,I tried explaining again and he definitely repeated what he did the first time and hung up on me once again.i texted him telling him how serious the package I ordered is and he didn't call me or tell me he'd get back to me but only reacted with a crying emoji on my message.i called him again since im not getting a response and he told me how he's busy delivering for other customers as if im not also waiting for my delivery that he's refusing to deliver.my mom took the phone and talked with him politely and they finalized how my parcel would be received by me by organizing another driver to fetch for me from where he's at and he remained unreachable.he blue ticked my messages on WhatsApp of me asking him to pick up his phone for thr delivery guy,ignored my mom for trying the same thing and failed to answer the delivery guy as well.im not happy because im still waiting for my delivery that I paid for with money that my parents barely have and that parcel is very important coz it has everything to do with my diabetes management, thanks to the driver I haven't checked my sugar level all day and im not feeling well but I cannot know what the reason could be,I check my progress daily as a diabetic to know why I feel these symptoms but the failure of this delivery is making things worse for me and my sugar levels rise when im stressed.i will be suing this delivery company if something ever happens to me due to the failure of their service,I want my parcel now because this is very important to me,I tried reaching out to the company since the driver had disgusting behavior but the company is also unreachable because I've tried calling them.speedaf is a horrible company as a whole and I won't be ordering online anymore because I choose these delivery companies, shein and aliexpress automatically choose for us so this is my goodbye to ordering online due to this disgusting company.
