pay for speedservice get snail mail

on 06/04 i arrange for a parcelto be send from jan kempdorp to barberton via speedservice, i was told i could expect the parcelin barberton on09/04...due to a sick child i make it to the post office on 12/04 only to be told that they dont know where my parcel is because the barberton post office has been literally in the dark and off line since 06/04 becauce the electricity bill has not been paid! I was give a 0860 phone number and a [URL Removed] numbers that connot be accessed!!! I then tried the track the parcel site where I was informed that my parcel is: 'in transit'!!!! with no indication of where in the world it might be! I registered for email notifications - which is fantastic as I have been registered for between 4 and5 hours and I have at least been notified via computer generated email that I am registered for notifications.
