Pathetic service - no delivery!

<p>My parcel with tracking number TC ********** 615ZA was sent fom Carleton Centre on the 10 May 2017 to be delivered in Illovo, Sandton. I still havent received the parcel.</p> <p>The tracking system on the internet says it's in transit ...... for more than a week????? The call centre claims to be offline and I must check if they're back online tomorrow!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>This is really pathetic. Especially since it's been paid for and it is within the same metropolitan - Johannesburg!</p> <p> </p> <p>Find and bring my parcel to me please!!!!</p>
