Pathetic service from Speed Services couriers

I am very upset and disappointed with the service from the above courier. I paid for a counter to door delivery on Monday the 31st August 2015 at 2pm from DBN to Pretoria. The person still has not received my parcel after 3 days of waiting. I have tried contacting the customer care center and the phones are never answered. I held on for 30 minutes every time I called and the call gets cut. I called the head office and no one can assist me! i am absolutely ****ed off that i had to pay R240 to deliver a box that was not even a kg and it is a food item which is probably not even edible now. Absolutely pathetic service and to think our post office is contracted to this courier.
