pathetic service!!!!!!!

My brother couriered a parcel Thursday the 28th of December 2017 and today is the 2nd of January 2018, Still!!!! I have not received my parcel which I had planned to use on last Saturday, to make it worse since Friday I cannot get hold of anyone from this company who can assist or explain as to why my parcel is delaying, such an appalling service, I am disgusted & definitely the last time me, my family and friends will be using this courier company because I do not understand what am I paying for if the parcel is still stuck in Johannesburg since Friday!
