Pathetic service

I had a parcel sent to me on Thursday 14 May with overnight delivery (Sent from an hour away) since I was leaving that Saturday for a week (it was suppose to arrive on morning of the 15th of May)... It took them 4 days to try to deliver this parcel when no one was home, and now they can't tell me where it is or when it will be delivered or if I can go pick it up somewhere :-( I'm at the point of tears and I don't know what to do... Please someone help me :'(
