Parcel stuck at JHB net

MY parcel was send to me by speed service and still stuck at JHBNET for 9 days nobody can help - I tried phoning the tall free number but nobody answers and the post office said that the status must say at branch before they can do anything ... will I ever see my parcel?

This is horrible service - please can somebody help me please - please email me only as I am not allowed calls during the day at my work.
