Parcel not received after 5 days within Joburg and and this is speed service

My parcel was sent from boksburg to Midrand on 29/09/2020,5 days later still haven received my parcel from joburg to joburg,seriously 5 days but you call yourself speed service,Please tell me where is my parcel I will come an collect it myself, TC***ZA
