parcel not delivered on time

<p>Speed Services??? Where is the speed in your services??? I have been waiting since the 14/06 for my parcel to be sent to its destination(UNISA) and its still in "transit". I paid the delivery fee so that my parcel could reach Pretoria in a day or 2 days the latest as it needed to be delivered before Sunday. Today is the 22nd and it still hasn't reached it's destination! You guys are really unreliable and need to up your game. This parcel contains original documents and they need to delivered on time. From now onwards i will get things done through another courier service or do it myself. </p>
