Parcel Not delivered for over a month

A parcel was sent via Speed services from Mkhuhlu Post Office (1246) to Parklands(Cape Town, 7441) on the 22nd June 2015. I went to the post office with the tracking number to enquire about the parcel but it was not there. I went again for the 2nd time still I as told nothing, then I decided to check with Speed Services through their call centre and I was told it was last scanned received on the 24th June in Jet Park, there was no other trace/scan. <br> On the 15th July 2015, I called again same story last scanned in Jet Park no other place, also enquired on the 27th July and was later sent a mail saying the parcel was last scanned in Jet Park and the emailed confirmed the parcel is missing, how there is no explanations. It seems to me there is a problem the services with Speed Service and there is no one doing a thorough follow ups on queries.
