Parcel Not Delivered

Good Morning,<br> <br> I have orders Goods from Spree and they gave me a tracking number for my parcels but not when i called post office witbank they are telling me my parcel is with the other post office in Kendal they gave me their numbers when i try to call this post office it seems as this is not a post office is something owned by someone they are telling me that they havent received anything and the owner is on holiday.i realy need my parcel urgently please assist my Tracking numbers is TA***ZA and TA***ZA
