Parcel missing in Action/None Delivery

A parcel with tracking number Tc***za was posted in Mdantsane Post Office destined for Sunninghill on Friday 07 August 2015 at 10h00 in the morning. The parcel was posted using overnight counter to counter service. Today is 12 August 2015 and the parcel has not yet arrived. On doing a follow up I was told that it was last scanned in Mdantsane Post Office and has not yet been entered into Speed Services system, meaning it had not even reached East London and nobody can tell me where it is. I need my parcel to be traced and with Speed Services having failed to fulfil their obligation, I demand a refund. NOBODY IS ANSWERING MY CALLS and i have even sent an e-mail complaint to [Email Removed]
