Parcel fully temepered with

On monday 3rd August 2015 I went to the Sandton post office to post a parcel, in it was a brand new Samsung Grand Neo cellphone,6 CD's, a packet of Quality street sweets and other small stuff. The parcel's destination was Idutywa. To our dismay, upon arrival on Wednesday the 5th the sealed parcel did not have the cellphone and 2CDs in it (Andile ka Majola chapter6&Yolanda Adams). I then went to the police station, they advised me to first go to the post office before opening a case against it. On Monday the 9th I visited the Sandton post office, they told me the post office is not responsible its the Courier and that most parcels that we sent that week were tempted with. They gave me a claims form to complete and send to the couriers claims department via fax which did not go through but I did manage to get their email address and sent it via that, but till today they have not gotten back to me. Please help, you are my only hope to help make whoever is responsible pay because this kind of behaivour is unacceptable. track No: TC***ZA, Sender:Sbulele Ndlazi.
