Parcel arrived damaged

<p>I ordered a parcel for overnight delivery and the sender had put many "FRAGILE GLASS. Handle with care" stickers on the packaging of this parcel and yet it arrived damaged. It's unfair to think that they have ZERO regard for our parcels and yet still expect our money. Speed services F**K YOU AND F#%k Your empty promises! </p>
