Parcel

<p>I sent a parcel via door to door overnight on the 30th of May 2017, today is the 2nd of June it hasn't arrived, I phoned the call center, 1st agent promised to call me back with an update for I was calling with a cell phone and their system was low, he never phoned back after an hour I phoned again and the lady couldn't tell me why the parcel couldn't be delivered yet, she couldn't locate the parcel and she couldn't tell me the specific reason for the delay.</p>
