Paid for express delivery (overnight) and still not delivered

<p>I have sent a package from Durban to Jhb (4th Jan)and paid for express overnight delivery (door delivery) and its day 2 and the package has not been delivered. I have made many attempts to contact the company and no1 gets back to you. I then made contact with the Durban office and spoke to a gentleman name Louie Govender, he responded promptly and emailed me the contact details for the distribution centre. The stuff was sent to JHB the same day. I then contacted a guy by the name of David who said it will only be delivered today, they guys at the JHB branch are not effecient and very laid back and dont understand what overnight delivery means.. I will never use Speed Services Courier again and expect a refund beacuse the have not forfilled their service..Very Dissapointed customer!!!</p>
