OVERPAYMENT!!! MIS REPRESENTATION

i went to the Port shepstone post office on Monday afternoon at 15h00. i specifically ask the post office cashier, if the parcel will be in Kimberley on tuesday as i need to sent this urgently. yes he told me it will be in Kimberley y 2 o clock on tuesday afternoon and i asked for door to door delivery to speed up the collection. i paid R153 for the NEXT DAY delivery.<br> this morning i decide to check up and see where my parcel is, is stated DURCOL which meant it is still in durban. i phoned the call centre. was kept hanging on for more than 20 min. <br> o no sorry your parcell wil only be in kimberley on wednesday..sorry eh..!!! <br> so my question, i paid R153 for NEXT DAY delivery, which did not happen!!! which means they are ripping us off with the pricing and they are commiting ***** in teling us that their service is next day which it actually is not. i phoned jhb, o no sorry said the most rude person i must phone back in 20 min..well yes i am still waiting fo rhim to answer!!! what an idiot..his cell was given to me as *** because they moved offices and they do not have any phones...what a joke!!!! pathetic to say the least.. my parcel doesn't even exist..
