A few customers intended to purchase a tailored garment from us in Port Elizabeth.<br> We sent the item to the post office for Speed services delivery.<br> the parcel was dispatched from the Post office in PE on Tuesday 05/04/2016.<br> we contacted the speed services hotline daily to get confirmation as to when this parcel shall be delivered.<br> the operators would take my cell number and inform they shall return back with an answer.<br> <br> the parcel only arrived at the customer house on Monday 11/04/2016 @ 12.45.<br> <br> We paid R170 for overnight delivery. and this is the excellent service we received.<br> <br> Due to the negligence of Speeds services we lost 12 customers who couldn't wait for that garment to arrive fro test fit to have more garments made for the upcoming wedding.
