Overnight delivery to door delivered to Post Office NOWHERE NEAR ME

Packages containing chronic meds sent from PE on Friday 29 April, delivered today (4th May) but while we requested to-door delivery for both, they went to post offices. One package is now at Mondeor post office while I am located closer to Melville. Apparently this post office was the nearest to me!!! Seriously?!? And calling the call centre results in a chorus of "it isn't my fault" even though you simply want information. Request to speak to a manager is met with a cut call and then a request for a line to be called for complaints is also never answered. What do we pay for? This has become more and more pathetic with no responsibility accepted and no assistance offered in the slightest regardless of the fact that we pay for overnight delivery etc but get NO SERVICE. This has been going on for at least 5 years and unfortunately speed services was my last resort with all kinds of guarantees that nobody will ever live up to. Let's see if anything actually gets taken notice of by this piece of **** company...
