Over night Mail

<p>i requesteday for my mail to be posted via overnight through post office as it was urgent. even today i have not received my mail after 5 days. i called the service providor Speed Service to track my parcel only to be told that their sysymet is off line.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can an overnight reach destination after a fastmail mail?</p>
