Not delivered due to petrol shortage.

On the 7 August, I sent some parcels via Post Office and I opted for Speed Services Couriers as the I was told that it is an over night service. And I was told that it will reach the recipient on Tuesday due to Public Holiday that was on Monday the 10th. So when I call their head office on Tuesday the 12, I was told that they have been dispatched and will arrive at 13h30 which that was a lie. On Wednesday I called again and I was told that they have a petrol shortage, so the parcels will arrived in the afternoon. I requested them to contact the recipient just to explain to them, the lady told me that she was transferring me to the supervisor which she dropped the phone on my ears. I called again today, I was transferred to the Supervisor by the name on Moses Mashilo, who told me a different story and was a bit rude to me. He promised to follow up on my parcel and call me back before the end of the day, which he never did. I called again and I spoke to the lady by the name of Phuthuma Gcigca who also gave me a different story. I asked her to put me through Moses Mashilo and he refused to speak to me. I am very angry with this company as I wanted these things to reach there soon.
