Non delivery of an urgent parcel

On 16/07/2015 I mailed a parcel from Mankweng Post Offce via Speed Service Couriers for Counter to Door delivery. I paid R154.98 for the parcel (1.144kg) and R39.67 Fuel Levy.<br> The parcel was received at Brackendowns on 17/07/2015. On 20/07/2015 I phoned the recipient to enquire if he received the parcel, which he has not, I phoned the call centre and was ensured that the parcel will be delivered today 21/07/2015 (apparantely it was not clearly marked for delivery). The recipient has still not received the parcel and I phoned call centre again, they confirmed the parcel was still at Brackendowns and that it will be delivered tomorrow. This is unacceptable, why would I pay so much if it could just have been delivered by normal mail. This parcel is very important and is needed for an International competition. Your urgent assistance in this matter will be appreciated.
