No speed services pre paid bags available at either of my two closest Post Offices - and an item placed in your own purchased envelope costs approx. R20 extra!! Also, cut off time is before 13h00 every day - so the item will take 48 hours to travel 100 km!! Phoned Speed Services HO and was told that due to the company's financial problems, no speed services pre paid bags are available - what next!! So now the customer is financially disadvantaged because they have problems.<br> (put in perspective my daughter ordered lenses from Australia on Sunday and these were delivered via courier in Christchurch today......)<br> When will SA companies start to realise that consumers need \service"- a word that is fast disappearing in our country!!"""
