no service and no delivery

I have been struggling with Speed services since 11 November to get a parcel delivered. I have specially gone to them as this parcel is very urgent. A perfect R80 wasted!!!!!! they do not answer phones (i was holding on for 45 minutes) and emails are just being ignored. This is really pathetic and i will never use speed services ever again. i will rather spend more and use a reliable courier company. someone who is not like this lazy bunch
