No service!

I send a package 9 days ago thati was told will be delivered the NEXT DAY in Pretoria. Now 9 days later and it still hasn't been delivered. We have been phoning non stop for 9 days. They don't even answer the phone. We have been holding for a consultant for houes on end. Went to the post office, they can't help us as they can't reach them by phone either. My package is lying at the pretoria branch for all this time. It gets scanned every morning. I would go fetch it myself but i cant even find an address online. This is RIDICULOUS!! It has cost me hundreds of rands already, no package!!! I demand that Speed service pays me back! Or i will press charges. Im fed up
