No response from the courier
Please help we Unable to trace a parcel and its urgent

17 Dec 2025, 10:47We ordered from Shein over a week ago, and it is crunch time as some of the items are for a wedding this weekend. WE are unable to get hold of the courier company, the numbers that they publish dont seem to work, and we cannot even trace our parcel with the tracking number .

18 Dec 2025, 12:33To date we still have not had a response nor have we received our parcel. This was an urgent parcel . The parcel is 2 days late .
